By downloading, accessing, or using BrioTap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BrioTap in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using BrioTap on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BrioTap to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content; to impersonate others; to scrape or harvest data without permission; or to interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not use BrioTap to publish, promote, or link to content that: (a) depicts, facilitates, or promotes sexually explicit material, pornography, or content of a sexual nature; (b) depicts, glorifies, or incites violence, self-harm, or harm to others; (c) advertises, sells, or facilitates access to illegal goods or substances, including controlled drugs, counterfeit products, or unlicensed firearms; (d) constitutes hate speech or discriminates against individuals on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin; or (e) is otherwise unlawful under applicable law. BrioTap reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy and to permanently suspend the accounts of users who do so. To report a violation, contact us at hello@briotap.com.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you add to BrioTap, including profile information, links, and photos. By uploading content, you grant BrioTap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
6. Intellectual Property
BrioTap and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BrioTap and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
BrioTap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrioTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of BrioTap after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
